Send your order on WhatsApp with your preferred date and pickup or delivery details. Please order at least 3 days early.
Confirm & celebrate
We'll confirm your order details. Full payment is required before your order is processed. Then, it's time for something sweet!
Delivery is via Lalamove only. Pickup is available in Sepang and Bukit Antarabangsa. Read our ordering terms.

All orders should be placed at least 3 days in advance, as stated in our menu catalogue.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Yes! Delivery is arranged via Lalamove only. Pickup is available in Sepang and Bukit Antarabangsa. Halfway meet-ups are not offered.
When do I need to make payment?
Full payment is required. Cash on delivery is not available. Once CakeTimeMY sends an order confirmation, the order is considered valid and will be processed.
Can cookies be posted to me?
No. Postage for cookies is no longer offered because their condition upon arrival cannot be guaranteed, even with careful packaging.
Are custom toppers included with wedding cakes?
No. Wedding cake prices in the 2026 catalogue do not include a customised cake topper.
Do door gift prices include custom stickers?
Ultimate and Hidden Series prices do not include custom stickers or tagging. Art Card Series includes a custom art card, sticker and plastic cover.
